Troubleshooting

  • No sound? Make sure Sounds is enabled in the app settings and your iPad is not muted.
  • Answer won’t submit? Tap outside the keypad to dismiss it, or press Enter on the keyboard.
  • Reset progress? Use the Reset button in the app to start a new session.
  • Need a report? Tap Progress Report to generate and share your session report.

Moonlight Pixel apps are designed for kids and families. We do not sell personal data. If the app stores session data, it is stored locally on your device unless you explicitly share a report.
